Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, but to avoid a full charge of the scheduled service these adjustments need to be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

All appointments are required to put a 50% deposit down when scheduling an appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment. No call no show will be charged for the full amount of the service scheduled.

-If you need to cancel your appointment you must CANCEL ONLINE ONLY 48 PRIOR to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid the forfeit of your deposit.

Special Instructions

1. ENTRANCE is in the back of the building.

2. Gratuity Is accepted in CASH ONLY, we no longer accept tips through venmo or credit cards.

3. Arrive to your appointment solo.

In Salon Return Policy 

 In the event of unexpected or undesired results we can offer an appointment within 10 days of the original appointment to alter your results. ALL SERVICE SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds on services. I understand any further alterations or corrections will be provided at my own expense.

We accept exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags on within 14 days of original purchase with a receipt. Exchanges and store credit apply to full priced items only. Hair products, jewelry, accessories and all discounted sale items are FINAL SALE.

You are agreeing to hold Catherine Jade, Inc. and any associated licensed professional harmless in the event of unexpected or undesired results. In the event we receive a letter to appear in court you will be will be responsible for all of Catherine Jade, Inc.'s legal fees.  Thank you for your understanding. 

Online Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the original ship date. Items must be received in the same condition they were delivered - new, unwashed, unaltered with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange based on the condition of an item being returned. Return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense. 

Returns and exchanges apply to full priced items only. Hair products, jewelry, accessories and all discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Shipping is non-refundable.
